Nothing! Loved it all
Superb location, friendly staff
Not very clean and understaffed always waiting
The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment. Have to pay for parking. The choice of food at breakfast is poor. No fried eggs available with cooked breakfast and scrambled egg tasted like it was made from a powdered egg. Only strawberry yogurts available.
Location was ideal!
Only downside was woken at 3am by noisy people outside and coming back from the bar. That was not the hotels fault however
Friendly & helpful staff
Location; staff helpfulness; room size; large soft towels; cost effectiveness.
No bed-side tables; very poor lighting; the 2 gang, 15A socket by the table was very worn and/or broken, so is probably unsafe; quality of breakfast variable - no fried eggs[!], scrambled egg rubbery, mushrooms over-sliced
Our room was clean and pleasant. Staff very helpful and friendly
First time having to pay for car parking whilst staying at a hotel.. Interior halls and corridors appeared not to have been cleaned for some time. The exterior grounds, car park etc looked very neglected which did little for a first appearance.
Decent hotel, good location and good rooms with everything you need.
We were given a room nearest the door on the ground floor, which was also by the lifts. It was very loud and hotel staff were constantly outside.
really good location and friendly staff
