Positive Central position - easy walking to most of Bath's attractions and lots of places to eat, close by. Rooms clean and not too small. Bed comfortable. Asked for extra tea and coffee sachets and given plenty without question.Rooms not overheated and able to op Negative First night (in room 308) was affected by a loud noise, which we later discovered was the extractor fan from next-door Wagamama - awful! But moved to a quieter room next night (301) and much better, although still a background hum all night. Parking is no

Positive The staff were very helpful. The location was central. The bed was comfortable. Negative The fixtures and fittings all very shabby and run down both in the room and in the lobby areas; the lift was broken. The front desk looked like a police station rather than a hotel. Shower and bath of very low quality. No hairdryer or phone or welcoming
