Evaluations of TownePlace Suites Detroit Novi
too expensive for old room facilities
Great for extended stays.
The cooking tools, pots/pans and etc need to be replaced. The ones in my room were rusted.
Did not like anything about it
The bathroom smelled like mold. The other areas smelled like paint. I heard noises (footsteps upstairs and utilities) all night. It was not at all comfy. Breakfast was sub-par.
The bedroom and the staff competence availability of snacks during the afternoon
variety of breakfast
Nice to have a full kitchen
Not real clean
Very friendly staff, nicely laid out rooms, comfortable furniture, usable kitchen, good location, great internet connection.
Breakfast menu can have more variety. Oven is needed in the breakfast place for heating up food. Rooms are separated by door and it gets quite noise with a noisy neighbour.
The bread was expired and not edible any more. I had to notify the stuff regarding this.
Had a problem with my booking and the guy behind the desk was nice and hooked me up. The bed was comfy, and they had a complete kitchen with dishes, soap, sponge, and a dish washer. The breakfast was really great with Japanese selections included.
When I got to the room, there was a leaky tub faucet and a strange bottle filled with black liquid on the window sill. Motor oil?
I enjoy the option to prepare my own meals // and, the home-feel of these suites. It is in close proximity of the Farmington Hills office with lots of dining options nearby.
