The night porter / receptionist was very help full and provided us with a cup of tea on our departure at 06:15 as no room service was available
4 requests for towels to be brought to the room as it had not been fully provided - it took c 1 hour for these to arrive - Reception / bar were unable to provide change of a 10 euro note to enable us to gain access to use their internet - The hair dryer was broken in the room - the tv did not have a remote control and when we enquired at the reception we were told that there were non available for that model
very good location, just few minutes to the nearest bus station, which connects to many bays and cities. And the breakfast is ok.

Staff are very unfriendly and created several problems when I tried to pay my bill by credit card. At the end I had to pay by cash. The TV set was very small and the plastic covers were broken. Using the TV requires a cash deposit at the reception in order to obtain the remote control. The mini bar fridge's was empty, noisy and full of rust inside. The room's walls were painted with a depressing dark red colour and not very well finished. Neither the room's door nor the window are sound-isolated, which was a problem for me since there were several kids staying the rooms next to mine who were making loud noises in the corridor, making it difficult to relax inside my room. For a hotel advertised as 4 star, one should expect at least some soap or even a shampoo in the bathroom, as well as a minisafe in the room. This is not the case in this hotel, were you don't get this basic amenities. There was no switch in the wall to control some of the lights in the room. Switching off the lights required to remove the door key card from its slot in the wall, which completely powered off the entire room, including the air condition. The bed sheets were not changed during the 3 days while I stayed at the hotel. The elevators didn't work during one entire day (luckily I was on a lower floor). When I asked if I could use a computer to check my email, I was told it was out of order, and it remained like that during my entire stay. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel!
There is rather 3*stars hotel, obviously not *4. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are simple, there isn not internet access in any form. There are very loud noices ther come from the street.
Frendly staff, good geographical position, acceptible breakfast and restaurant service.
Old environment, spotty, rugged carpet on the corridors. Very pure lighting in the room, old air cond. equipments (indoor poole). According to the looks, rating is max 2*.
