Positive They were very available to solve the problem that you find on negative section. Negative TI room charge rate has not be applied during the reservation phase. I found it talking with my collegue. My reservation room charge rate was 179$ without breakfast but my TI collegue paid only 103$ including breakfast. Anyway, the Westin hotel manager so
