The blind is light proof that helps with good sleep.
Room service - as I stayed in the same room for four nights, it is recommended that the cleaning staff keep things at where they are, rather than for the sake of keeping the protocol. For example the laundry box doesn’t have to be placed on bed everyday, thanks! Overall cleaning standard is very good.

A bit noisy, staff gave me the wrong set of keys even after I ask for a new set of keys to the room and there is no linkage from the floor level phone to the front desk and I have to go down to the front desk again to make another set of key. Other hotels would have send bell boy to bring the card keys to me.

Executive lounge is as worst as their service. Complaint from guests gets no reply from hotel.
Gym is great and it is convenient to go to office
The service is the worst among Marriott, Westin, JW and Hilton, etc. The room smells really bad like someone was somking there. The hotel kept guests for waiting, doing nothing practical to help you. They told me contact me 5 minutes later but finally I contacted them up to 30 mins later and they told me they hadn't done anything! I complained. They promised to give me feedback after a week. But, now, one week, nothing!!!
The condition and the facilities of the hotel is great and the hotel enjoys a good location - just above the Liang Ma Qiao Metro Station.
The service can be improved. It took the concierge staff 20 minutes to locate my luggage deposited when I checked out at the executive lounge. It was made clear that I would need to pick up the luggage at 5 pm and the staff at the lounge made note of that, however, it was somehow still left at the lounge at 5 pm while everyone would have expected that the luggage had been transferred to the concierge at the lobby.
