Starwood property close to office
Excellent full service gym right next door to the hotel. The front desk will often provide free passes. Otherwise, the cost is reasonable. Hotel is in the middle of renovating and updating public spaces.
In house gym is tiny - but not a problem due to the gym next door. Rooms and bathrooms are small.
Good breakfast buffet // shuttle service available
work out area rather small
Received complimentary pass to Concourse Athletic Club - very nice perk!
The staf was friendly and helpful.
The equipment in the gym needs to be updated or maintained better. 2 of the cardio machines were not functioning.
Better than the Marriott
No concierge lounge
I have stayed at the Westin on several occasions. My company, SAP, does a lot of business with this hotel. My last reservation needed to be cancelled (due to our external customer's request, and at very late notice). Westin is charging a one-night's fee to cancel in less than 24 hours. Based on all the business SAP provides to the Westin, I feel this is inappropriate.
This is the hotel of choice for some of the executives that visit the SAP Atlanta office
Staff friendly, excellent service, very nice common area in lobby. They updated me to suite.
Towels were yellowed looked old...
Super hotel! Bed and linens excellent. Robe a very nice touch.
real coffee cups would have been nice.
