Evaluations of The Waterside
Great location with parking
Noise from adjacent room
Staff friendliness and can do attitude. Ideal situation for access to Invernes and surounding srea. Great as a base for tourists. Fantastic menu with wonderful food.
No bath only a shower in room, this is just an observation.would still recomend a stay.
Food was excellent. Hotel so convenient for shops etc and set in a lovely spot on the river.
We were disappointed that our room was not in the hotel but in a separate house next door which made us feel slightly isolated. There seemed to be several businesses in this building.
Beautiful situation on the river. Very well located for walking into the centre and for the canal and river walks. Bar area very pleasant
Very poky room. Not even a towel rail. Very poor shower - hunt the water. Lot of noise drifted upwards from wedding reception.
View from room was wonderful, location excellent for city centre
Fairly expensive but competitive compared to other Inverness hotels. Room had everything basic needed but no pens to do hotel review! Could do with possibly being modernised slightly
A lovely hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff in a great location. Lovely riverside walks and only a short walk from the city centre. The food and service are excellent. We would definitely recommend it.
I can't think of anything we didn't like.
Convenient location. Pleasant riverside views. Best of all the staff. Friendly, helpful and cheerful.
The Duty Manager did help in the end.
I had booked a standard triple room and was given a twin room and a room for 3 was unavailable so we had to go to another hotel.
having stayed in countless hotels ,the bed was the worst i have ever slept in two single beds pushed together my back was in agony, was on the paracetamols other wise nice hotel
late kitchen/room service not available
