Evaluations of The Shilla Seoul
Great variety of breakfast choices, very fresh highly recommend! there plenty of service people to help you around, but you better dress well enough. Gym and pool + sauna are quite nice.. there is a korean style jacuzzi in the gym changing room.
The Shilla is a Korean chain hotel and the room is quite small and very Korean, for me I think the room is quite small and very simple deco rather old generation hotel room. I have been staying in many 5 stars hotels and this is one of the disappointted one.The room and bathroom are not quite fit with the international 5 stars hotel room. It is very pricey!!!
Service was excellent // every time we requested something (ice, clean cups, more coffee packets), the delivery was in 3 minutes!!
The room was too warm and the hotel could not put the a/c on as was still in heat mode. The restaurants were too expensive, especially breakfast where the coffee was about 9 US dollars.
nice room service is outstanding very high class environment beautiful venue view of namsan tower is very nice.
room is small food and everything is way overpriced in the hotel
I would highly recommend this hotel. It offers great service, excellent and caring staff, and provides an extremely comfortable stay for business and leisure travelers alike.
Great hotel, and good rate! I've stayed here before and paid a lot more. Probably the best hotel in Korea.
Dining costs are expensive.
excellent service, location, although it is not in the downtown area it is worth staying at...beautiful rooms and facilities
