cannot believe how genuinely nice the staff is -- great experience when traveling so far from home.
Cannot say anything was disappointing
I like to new renovations choices- curtains, décor, carpets and how the amenities were rearranged in the drawer in the bathroom, very effective way of using the drawer space.
I missed the storage space as the dressers were replaced with tables. There was no space to unpack my suitcase, only the limited hanging space was available in the new setup.
Very efficient and competent staff. I really like staying at this hotel. They make me feel at home, HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Every time I arrive I receive a hand written note from Manager to welcome me along with fresh fruits and chocolates. In-dining now knows my preference and always tries to provide tasty food. I like SplendidO breakfast restaurant and their friendly staff. They are always smiling and helping the patrons.
