Positive I like to new renovations choices- curtains, décor, carpets and how the amenities were rearranged in the drawer in the bathroom, very effective way of using the drawer space. Negative I missed the storage space as the dressers were replaced with tables. There was no space to unpack my suitcase, only the limited hanging space was available in the new setup.
