Quality of Diner in Indian Restaurant
Final invoicing was wrong, late check out wasn't saved into the system even though it was requested in advance, door card was decoded at the last day
The personnel is very friendly and helpful in all regards. I even pushed limits by arriving one day with a motorcycle (which is considered as a 4th class transportation in India) and they provided me with a parking space in their underground garage which is still under construction. The restaurant staff is very good and you can trust them to choose food for you - it won't be more expensive, but quantities will be correct and the choice excellent. Wanted privacy is respected if signaled. The staff's pharmacie was made available to me when struck by a heavy headache at 1.30 AM.
Unfortunately there is a construction on a land just behind the pool area, which goes on through the night. I therefore asked for a room to the roadside, which was given to me. Inside the hotel some renovation is done as well, but they start late in the morning until 9pm, so you can still have a good rest.
... The Met agreed after a phone call or two to cover our costs and, once we had settled in to our rooms there, the rest of our stay at the Met was truly excellent.
Read this first - and then the positive part... We arrived late in the evening on a flight from Pune. On arriving at the hotel, we were told that due to ´´technical problems´´, we were being moved to another hotel nearby. The other hotel was awful and we refused to pay the bill.
Centrally located, clean, quiet for the location
the hotel is getting old and you can notice it. Still good average standard.

Yhis hotel is a money making machine, they charge for every step they take ( printout boarding pass 50 rupees )They start with offering the most expensive options, restaurants are overpriced. Tipfree hotel but on each bill 10% service charge, car to the airport 4 times more expensive than regular taxi.

One of the best 5 star I ever staid in India. The perfect hotel in this category and very good value for money.
