Evaluations of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel de la Paix Geneva
This was a great little hotel and large room, friendly staff and super convenient. I would highly recommend it.
The staff here is wonderful, and there are always a bag of truffles waiting with handwritten note. The in-room coffee machines are very nice, and the location of the hotel is superb.
The rooms can be a bit cramped, even for European standards. The breakfast is quite pricey as well.
Stunning and classy building, very well-appointed rooms. The deep bath was pure heaven!
The breakfast was very pricey, while the food was great overall, it was a bit too expensive for the quality. Food a la carte was reasonable and very well-cooked.
Adequate luxury hotel.
Too expensive, refrigerator cannot be used be guest, expensive breakfast, overly obsequious and tip-seeking staff
I loved the style of the hotel. It was quite chic, the location was wonderful, and the staff was great.
I hated that the showerhead was not overhead. This meant that showers took longer and it was harder to wash my hair. It's the one thing (but an important thing) that would keep me from automatically rebooking this hotel.
Charming, mostly quiet, helpful polite staff
Small rooms, tiny elevator
Excellent service throughout the hotel. The lobby area was lovely.
Room was a bit small, and the hotel needs a good fitness/gym area.
The convenience of the location and the views were spectacular.
While not required, I believe that evening turn down service was to be done. Of the four nights I stayed only on the last night did the hotel do it. The breakfast was good but it wasn't until the last day when I was offered an omelet, waffles, or pancakes. And at $25 it would have been nice.
Wonderful service. Friendly and helpful.
