Hotel location
Evaluations of The Harben House Hotel
Nothing.
The double room was incredibly small and very basic ..Ugly open shelving instead of cupboards, few coat hangers with very old ironing stained ironing board against the wall in the shelving unit, making the room even more unsightly and unwelcoming. Flooring very old and damaged. Bathroom had black mould in the corner of the bathtub, taps worked but were very damaged with missed bits.
The gym was ok and the staff seemed very polite. Hotel location also good and short walk from the town.
The room was very small and very poorly decorated. Outside noise from hotel quests could also be heard until after midnight. The shower curtain and rail looked totally unclean in the bathroom and the carpet in the room looked rather dated and disheveled. Can I possibly claim for a refund as staying at the hotel was on the whole an unpleasant experience.
