Positive Convenient location for us .. the entire staff were friendly and professional .. plus we are avid Bingo players and they have an excellent Bingo Hall and the best of staff running it . Negative Couldn't confirm my reservation through a 3rd party ( hotelinfo.com ) but after going back to our booking agent the hotel acknowledged the reservation and honoured the price .
