Breakfast and the friendliness of staff are good.

Far too expensive for what you get
Staff was very friendly and positive. In general this is a good place to stay in the business trip.
In room I found somebody's hairs in the bathroom and near TV, like nobody wiped the dust. When I left towels on the floor, they were not changed by the end of the day, but hanged to dry off. Prices on dinner are pretty much high, taking into account the portion of the food. Average meal costs 16 pounds.
Even the bill address is maintained in my profile it was again wrong on the print out. it is really anoying to discuss every time that it is very important to have the correct company address on the bill.
The staff is particularly very friendly and helpful. Mr. Swapnil RS. was particularly very helpful as he was very efficient in responding to help that evening and also extended to help with alternative room even if the hotel was fully booked.
1. The breakfast menu could be more attractive and also bit more variety would be nice. Although it is a very basic breakfast we expect it to be better for the price that we pay! 2. The room equipments such as AC, iron, Kettle, etc in some rooms require replacing as they are quite old. This time round I got a non-steam iron which is very difficult to use.
Internet: - Expensive - one fee for each device - not reliable
Staff is very friedly. Location in Swindon is ok as not too far from old town. Good gym, pool and location for jogging
Internet: it is expensive: 15GBP/day or 6GBP/H per device wireless or wired. Wireless code is only per device. So if you have multiple devices you have to buy access for each one ! And it is not stable, I often have to require new code. No free internet in Lobby! Good & reliable internet connection is a must for a hotel of this standing. I am very disappointed about it
Clean efficient business hotel
Nothing to distinguish it from other clean efficient business hotels.
More expensive and the same offering as the Hilton
The hotel is close to my workplace and hence prefer this. Staff is very friendly especially I would like to mention Mr. Swipnil RS - he has been extremely friendly (as always) and helped me and my colleagues with bookings, etc. He is very professional and helpful which makes all of us welcomming to the hotel.
The breakfast needs major improvement and is not even up to Marriott standard and not even comparable with Hilton and Holiday Inn. Please get rid of the hard and chewy hash browns - they are terrible. Hotel costs is not value for money in this respect.
