Positive Wery kind hotel staff. They help to solve the problem with aur havily luggage and rugged steps. Negative No lift at the hotel, but rugged stairs fom the street to the entrance of the hotel and more rugged stairs form the reception to the rooms on the first and second floor. Recommendation for this hotel only if you have not too havily luggage.

Positive Proximity to town centre. Breakfasts wonderful. Shower and bathroom excellent facilities.

Positive Large and clean, but dated room with a comfortable bed and a recently renovated bathroom. Extremely friendly staff, but the hotel is under-staffed and I was forced to wait when checking-out as the only member of staff on duty was busy serving breakfast. Negative Internet did not work most of the time. I was on the third floor with no elevator, not ideal with a heavy suitcase.

Positive We had 2 rooms, a double and a triple. We were positive surprised over very nice rooms. Good bathrooms. Good beds even in the tripleroom. Placed only 10 min walk from the city center and opposite the busterminal if you want that issue. A very good hotel Negative The breakfast wasn't the most exciting, but of course you must think of the price. The balcony needed cleaning.
