Positive My 22 year old daughter who has worked in hotels did offer a suggestion to the hotel when we were there. It was to put plastic bags in the wastebaskets so you could pull out the bag and not have so much to clean up(pop and garbage). We did get a nice res Negative we would have liked a rollaway bed but the college world series was in town and they had acquired all the extra beds. No big deal.

Positive Terrance helped us tremondously as we were not familiar with Omaha. We called twice to get directions to get there and additional directions to get where we needed to be the following morning. He was very helpful and patient with us. He handeled check in Negative The only negative thing about our stay was that our room smelled like smoke and we are not smokers so we were probably sensitive to the smell.
