Das "Hotel Silva" wurde 1956 gegründet und befindet sich in einer Villa aus dem Jahre 1920, in einem der schönsten Viertel Roms gelegen. Die auffallend schöne Fassade im Stil der Zwanziger Jahre wurde erhalten, während der Innenbereich gemäß den Vorschriften des Denkmalschutzes im Sinne der alten Pracht neu strukturiert und modernisiert worden ist.
