Very close to business destination.

Very old, has not been renovated in some time. Toilet wouldn't flush when I arrived & AC quit on day 3, no replacement room offered. Not a very clean facility. Needs new HVAC, barely felt air, did not stop running the entire time, except for when it broke down. Need coupons from desk to get the ´´free´´ breakfast. Restaurant food & service were pretty bad, very limited menu.

My issues are with the room booking process. For some reason my SPG guest number isn't transferring into my reservation with this hotel. I had to call in advance to get my SPG # added prior to my stay. This is not the first time using where this has happened with this hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance to both the Fld and Fld3 sites. With limited parking, this is a huge plus.

Request rooms on the opposite side of the train tracks AND Cypress Creek Rd. Trains run ALL NIGHT long. There was an issue with the reservation including breakfast, but I believe this is now resolved.

I was waiting for 50 min to be to get a room key. I had to call to ask them to resent the reservation to the hotel, even I had my printed reservation on hand.

Very close to Bosch facility. Lots of restaurants locally. The public internal areas of the hotel are beautiful, such as the lobby and the atrium restaurant.

Room carpets and walls were filthy. Bed uncomfortable. Bosch rate is supposed to include free wifi and breakfast but when checking in the hotel clerk told me that was incorrect and I would be charged for them. I told him that I had a printed booking confirmation sheet that clearly states that wifi and breakfast was included and he went and got another worker (job title of ´´Night Auditor´´) and he agreed that I should be charged and he even REFUSED to look at my printed sheet. I got it resolved the next day by speaking to a third desk clerk, and this one was helpful and resolved the problem.

The bright spot in my stay (as always) is Monica on the breakfast waitstaff - always a smile, helpful and cheery

Bar service - terrible! First night sat at the bar 15 min AND went to the front desk twice asking for service - no one ever came to the bar. In room, turned on TV and no picture. Engineer was sweet and fix was to turn off then on again. Had to do that a couple times over the week. Tried calling room service but call never went through. The TV engineer indicated that the labelled pre-dial buttons don't work you have call '0'. There should be directions on how to do that. Called front desk telling them of the TV and bar service - offered no solutions. Bar was out of Captain Morgan all week (really? that's a staple booze). Service at the bar is terrible. All are more interested in socializing than serving the customer and cannot do more than one thing at a time. Front desk service was not helpful at any time from calling with issues Sunday evening to asking for a carton of milk (with my breakfast coupon) on a morning when there was an early morniing meeting and breakfast was not open yet. They couldn't get a carton of milk from the kitchen! I understand there is new management - please pay attention to customer service!

The staff is always friendly and the breakfast bar has many good quality food items.

The rooms are in dyer need of upgrading. The mattress's are very uncomfortable, the bathrooms tend to be dirty on many occasions and the carpets are stained. Never stay in a room on the same side as the train tracks.
