Evaluations of Sheraton Great Valley Hotel
Friendly staff, quiet room, nice public areas.
Hotel need definitly renovation. Staff was impassive and far away from pro-active. Not sure how they got the star rating. I assume the Hoteltester was never there or sponsored.
Street noise above average, noise from next door above average, work out machine not user friendly, charging for web access not consistent with other hotels.
The room are outdated. To get in to the bathroom, you need to walk in first and close the door in order to be able to reach the toilet.
This is one of the best Sheraton properties in the USA.
Location is a little remote, but worth the drive.
Nice hotel. Very safe, plenty of parking, and food is excellent.
A little out-dated.
This is a new hotel, and is exceptional for a Sheraton. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
Front desk staff were not friendly nor attentive. However, the room service staff was very friendly.
The staff was very friendly & helpful. If you want to get into the city they will shuttle you to the train
very far from the center of Philadelphia (45 minute drive)
The evening desk staff was very attentive, and remembered my preferences from prior stays.
The manager of the onsite restaurant was extremely accommodating.
