Evaluations of Seimler Alpensport-Hotel
Breakfast was fantastic! We New Years Eve dinner was great! Last minute availability was a plus.
Walls are paper thin.
In an excellent location. The hotel was very clean. For the price and location it was fair.
I would stay there again ONLY when the weather is cool. Staying there with no air conditioning for 2 nights was horrible! It forced us to sleep with the windows open and we where woken very early (still dark out) to the very loud sheep that where crying out in the early dark morning.
Staff was great and breakfast meet expectations
Room was dirty we went and bought sanitizing wipes and cleaned everything ourselves. The room smelt like dirty feet which was really meldew from the pillows and mattress. There was no hot water in the morning and the meat from breakfast was gone if we did not arrive as soon as it started. The noise from the rooms next door was beyond irritating since we had to keep our windows open to get some air circulation. Sometimes the toilet pressure was so low that we would have to wait 15-20 minutes before being able to flush the toilet.
Staff were competent, rather than friendly. You get exactly what you ask for! Breakfast was excellent.
Hotel is not worth a 3-star rating as the room we stayed in (#101) was fairly basic and dingy, although spotlessly clean. No airconditioning (on a 34 deg C day!)and had to open windows/doors which made it quite noisy. Not worth the €92 and don't be fooled by the nice pictures on the website - the hotel looks impressive from the outside but is in actual fact a little run-down on the inside. No internet (wifi) available, the only internet is a hotel computer for which you pay for the time used. No English spoken, only German (not a problem for us, but others had a hard time communicating). Sorry, but won't stay there again.
Lovely hotel, clean friendly and efficient.
Parking is difficult (nothing marked) and tour bus each night takes up many spaces.
