Evaluations of Scandic Norra Bantorget
Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.
The quality of the hotel is terrible.
The location of the hotel, easy to get there from central station (short walk)
Small breakfast area, too crowded
Room was quiet (window to the back yard, ´´nice´´ view on opposite wall), good bed.
Small room, fittings not up-to-date (e.g. old windows). Way too expensive: 2000 SEK (was happy to get a room at all as everything in Stockholm was fully booked). At check-out the staff was not able to put company and guest name on the bill. I had to prove by bill of another Scandic hotel that it is possible indeed ... When I came back after 10 minutes, she had managed it ...
Pleasant place to stay and very friendly staff.
Restaurant was overcrowded during breakfast. Room 816: we could hear and understand the conversation in other rooms.
very small rooms, bathroom was not 4* like, wireless didn't work // not a business hotel
Location central, fun room decor
The stuff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected.
Hotel's web site says there are no bathrooms in the standart rooms but there are.
No air con which meant we had to have the window open and the noisy deliveries started very early
