Drilling in the hotel started at 7:30. Water in the bar was crazy expensive EUR 5.00 for 1/2 a litre.
For a hotel of this category, a little piece of soap in the youth-hostel like bathroom should be available. Only soap dispenser :( Bathroom not heated (outside temp at time of my stay was around 5/6 C in the morning, and not much warmer during day). Some sort of aircon in the room that couldnt be turned off or regulated in any way and blew (fresh) air into the room 24/24. Room more than ascetic, no deco, not even a poster or so. white paint concrete ceiling... The worst: construction or room refurbishment going on from 07h30 to 17h30, creating a lot of noice. Hotels shouldnt rent out rooms in a hotel wing where work is in progress. Simple rule... but not respected here. Very poor. To my surprise check-in staff offered upgrade to higher category room for 20 EUR/night... this kind of upselling concept does not really create confidence, I must say, in particular if the price I paid was already 117 EUR/night! The breakfast was ´´ok´´ in terms of content, but presentation of food could be done better and with more care (not just ´´throw´´ pieces of cheese or ham into the serving plates, the apple juice was slightly coloured water...) and it is a full self service concept. No tabeles are set, you have to organise yourself fully (take plates, cutlery, glass, mug, bowl...but this is quite common in the Nordic countries) and the tables form previous clients should be cleaned off more regularly and with more care. I hope these comments will go to the hotel management. I posted them also on trip advisor.

Not very charming hotel - big, solid and not a cozy place to stay for more than one night.
