Evaluations of Scandic Eremitage
There are huge problems with basic clensiness - molding in bathroom, hairs in bed, the surrondings of coffee machine in the breakfest room was plain dirty (and had been for a long time).
Good price, nearby Bayer Office
to less staff at the reception desk
Overall very good - rooms were large and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good at the restaurant although the position and layout of the restaurant meant there was very little ambiance.
I think your website could do with better location details including a better map, including proximity to public transport facilities (S train etc.) Also, I have stayed in two different beds on separate occassions and both of them were squeeky!
The location in shopping center is attractive.
The hotel is not clean. It doesn't meet 4 stars requirements. High price compare to the service level.
The room was better this time then previous trip
I got an old room, the bathroom was really bad. The toilett was so bad and the shower, there was hardly any water coming.
Everything else was positive and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
Strange entrance! Not very welcoming at ground level & could do with a sign directing you to Hotel reception/Lifts. Had to re-check that I had entered the right building. Could also do with some extra lighting at ground level - especially in the evening. Felt quite vunerable, as a lady traveling on her own, when I first entered the building - was fine once I reached reception area.
I would suggest to have some room service for latenights checkout even some sandwich or snacks will do .
