I thought the receptionist Anna was extremely efficient and helpful. Great front of house person. Really clean, lovely decor and classy establishment. Would love to stay again!
The pool was a little small. I'm sure there are architectural matters to consider, but for a 5 star hotel, I would think the pool/leisure area could be bigger. any more than 3 in the pool was very uncomfortable.
