Hotel location
Evaluations of San Marino Suites
Good location, friendly staff, the guests of the hotel were a good mix (mostly families, tourists and some business people)
Terrible noise, to a point where I would not recommend this hotel for business usage and especially not when coming with jet lag from Europe! Some of our group's rooms were not clean (dead cockroach!). The Women in the group did not feel safe in the rooms due to unsafe room doors which had see-through gaps and did not absorb any noise from corridors. the locks of the doors seemed very light. Hotel is not recommendable for business use.
Location
Decorative condition in the entire hotel
- Horrible hotel - the floor in the hotel was broken // lot of noise from the surroundings // room was unclean - Breakfast is in a nearby hotel - totally useless - Staff was not friendly, no english speaking - I gave my clothes for laundry // clothes came back as they were (not cleaned)
Good location near city center. Really tasty breakfast
This is a very old hotel. It's star level is actually about 2-3, not 5. Hotel should get a very serious refurbishment. You don't get a good value for money you pay.
I cannot judge this hotel, since somehow it turned out they do not have my reservation in the system. They were able to arrange one in the Eurostars hotel though.
same above - and it goes to negative as well, it is not a nice feeling when you arrive after the whole day trip just to learn you have to move again...
The location is very good
Excellent location
Old furniture. I requested a non smoking room and unfortunatelly the room smelled to cigarrete. Bad odor
This hotel is well-located for visiting the historic area of Mexico City. Staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good with a large selection of items. The room was clean, large and included fridge and stove.
This is an older hotel and shows its age in a few places - - nothing critical but definitely used. The bed was beyond firm - it was hard.
