Positive great place to stay and loved the decor of the hotel and room and the staff where top notch Negative I was on room 35 which was in the hall way and i was woken by a few people going to there rooms .

Positive Hotel room very comfortable - staff very polite and helpful - lovely and quiet at night even though hotel was full because of U2 concert at Don Valley - food lovely - very clean in all areas - would recommend Negative Two very small points that didnt affect the stay but should really have been sorted prior at £105 per night - piece of wood broken on side of bed and dirty net curtain with large tear - shame to have to give negatives and they are only small but hotel sho

Positive Staff are friendly and helpful price including breakfast is good value with a good choice, Negative Decor perhaps a little dated and although breakfast good value , bacon was rather like leather
