The Hotel has to be integrated with its call center. If I talk to call center to change or ask some change in my booking, none employee from Hotel's reception can change. The customer has to call again to call center to solve the problem. It would be more eficient and a good customer service if the employee from reception could call or solve the situation. The Hotel is unique and the staff must be unique too and help the customer, regardless of who the customer spoke the first time.
