Positive Close proximity to the tram and frienly staff. Negative Room service wasn't super timely and towels were missing several days of my stay.

Negative One thing that I found strange was that although I had a single room with a double bed, they only provided one pillow and one towel. I had to repeatedly ask for another pillow and towel each day.

Positive location and service were very nice. Negative My reservation said breakfast was included, but when I registered the hotel was not aware of this. They corrected it when I gave them a printed copy of my confirmation. Fitness center was limited and some equipment not working.

Positive Very convenient location, reasonable price, free breakfast. Air conditioned. Negative Exercise room needs renovation. Cleaning staff sometimes neglected thorough cleaning. Frequent street noise (not intolerable, but noticeable).
