Positive Very nice, pleasant and modenr setup for a 2 star hotel, ideally located in the center of Madrid. Very helpful and supportive personnel. Good offer overall Negative Really loud from within the hotel itself - the overall noise level is high (we were in 3 different rooms and all of the guest had trouble sleeping through the night from guests walking & talking in the corridors)
