Evaluations of Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Times Square
Great location in terms of convenience
really bad view from windows - i saw a grey wall // too noisy as its bang on the road
Location close to Times Square. Good wi-fi connectivity free of cost.
Closets were very small. Water was not provided free of cost. Need to call for refilling of sugar sachets & tea bags rather than done by default. Breakfast did not have options for Vegetarian people. Newspaper was not provided in the room. Very few TV channels were made available & moreover many of those were not working. Utensils cleaning was not proper & regular. One day room cleaning did not happen. Behaviour of one of the employee at the reception was not good. The welcome that should be provided to the customer who comes again was completely missing. Laundry bill was required for machine operated cleaning but was refused by the hotel. All in all very bad experience of the hotel, will never recommend the hotel to anybody.
Friendly personnel, perfect location to explore the city, big and clean rooms
too expensive even for NYC. Too old.
The location for the price is great, if you prefer to be near Times Square (which is convenient for subway access to anywhere in NYC)
The hotel should be due for a refurbish, the furniture is a little bit ´´beat´´ and the housekeeping staff could be a little more diligent.
Great location, rooms are comfortable.
Valet parking is very expensive, and the garage they use is literally next door. Park your own car and save $$.
Rooms a bit shabby and breakfast not great
They really should add room service.
Excellent Breakfast, Hotel is centrally located
Room housekeeping is not adequate. missing towels, shampoo, conditioner.. etc. Wireless internet when available very weak.
I had insects in my room
