Evaluations of Regina
room was clean.
She charged me for a tax that she refused to explain to me, I asked what it was - she gave me a piece of paper that was in German - i explained I cant read German - she refused to translate and just said I had to pay it - I then asked my colleagues in the Cologne office what this was - it was a tax for Tourists but business trips do not pay this - even though on my invoice says all over it was business trip. Plus My booking was for 16th until the 20th originally - I just wanted to reduce by one day and she refused and still charged me for the 4 nights - and was very rude about it - I asked on the morning on the 16th - yes short notice but I needed to be in on the Friday this happens in business and she was very rude and not understanding. - they do have a 48 hour cancellation - and change comes into that also so you need to be careful with this hotel! other hotels have the same policy but are more understanding and comply. Customer service was not there. And when i was checking out - she seemed more interested in refilling her coffee- came to the desk i said i wanted to check out - she said ok picked up her cup and went to the kitchen and came back with a coffee. The lights were always off as well in the hallway - so was very dark all the time. no windows.
