Hotel location
Evaluations of Regal Airport Hotel Hong Kong
Easy access to airport departure terminal
Size and decor of room. information regarding breakfast was not given.
This hotel is just 2 minutes walk from the arrival hall A of Hong Kong international airport. Very good option for people who have a connecting flight next day morning like I did.
Long lines at check in and the staff are rude. Also the room service is very slow. I requested for coffee capsules for the nespresso machine and they took 45 minutes to get them to my room.
I have been obliged to pay for the breakfast when rate for booking processing was excluding it.
Only 200 m covered walking distance from HKG T1. Nice room. Good connection to HKG city with train (24min to Kowloon)
IIndication is poor inside the terminal but you can see the Hotel on you left hand side if you have checkin area on your back.

The hotel staff could not find my revervation, so I had to wait for a certain time at reception even I arrived to the hotel a little bit late evening.
HDTV was very impressive!
None at all
Excellent hotel very convenient for the trade show staff most helpfull. Spa except massage dissapointing
Regarding the Spa. I found one of the spa reservation staff most helpful, on her day off which was Thursday I made other appoointments with a different receptionist who seemed to be again extreemly helpful, however alomst too smily! I arrived on time for the appointments and on I think Thursday and had to wait 15 minutes for my pedicure. I must say the massage therapist was most efficient and I received one of the best peddicures I have had (I normally have one each month at home in Bermuda so this is a good judge) this therapist however asked if I wanted the TV on and I said no. It remained on my entire time I was in the room. She did however seem to give addittional 15 minutes time to make up for the lateness whilst I had to wait for her to arrive- I skipped the tea. The next eveing Friday I had booked a 7pm Chinese reflexology(I had specified not a Tye since I had already received a pedicure the previous day. Again I waited until 20 past 7pm for the massage therapist to arrive. She seemed a little disgruntled and told me on arrival at the massage room to change into a towel wrap and pointed to the pants to wear alomost banging the package on the sink in the bathroom. If only the receptionist had asked me to change into a robe I could have done this earlier in preparation to save time. I re affirmed the Chinese reflexology. (This I have here in Bermuda at different spas on occasion so am familiar with proceedures). The feet are massaged and the points are mentioned where there is a health problem i.e. heart, neck, back etc. I did wonder how this was going to work since it was evident she could speak little or no English. The massage was not what was expected and I stopped her during part of the reflexology massage because she continued to massage up my legs to the top joint, this was not what I had requested with the receptionist. This massage was followed by a facial again not what I had expected - no exfoliation of dead skin cells prior to a tightening mask which did not dry as it was applied rather late in the facial. The crowning glory was a cell phone ringing which as I had dozed off awakened me! but the real annoyance was the massage therapist then makeing a call herself to someone to say she was doing a facial(in Tye language which I seemed to understand!~) NOT what I would expect in a hotel spa. The massage finished dead on time at 9.20pm but I never had the neck or head massage advertised with the facial!!! Obviously as she had to make up time for the next client it was skipped. I was going to complain to the receptioninst that the massage was not as expected or as advertised but my husband said don't bother!. I would not recommend the Spa to friends who vist Hong Kong other than the Sweedish massage when the girl was fantastic and spoke English and had been there 16 years I think her name was Sara she was excellent, on time and professional in every way. The 2 hours spent at the spa was a big dissapointment. Thank you I might add I did have a massage on the Sunday night of arrival and this was a deep tissue perhaps a mistake in choice as I have several bruises which ar still evident on the upper legs and lower back!! Perhps this was a good choice after a 16hr flight. Bruises NO. Thank you Carole Tee
The staff was extremely friendly. There was an iPod speaker in the room.
The gym only had 4 treadmills, so I had to wait for one. The shower was a little small.
Extremely luxurious room
highprice, verz busy, queues at checkin and checkout
