The hotel was just what we wanted for that night
Breakfast a little expensive
Location of the hotel in relation to the airport is very good.The hotel's complimentary shuttle service between airport terminals and assisgned pick up points was extremely useful.My hotel bathroom and bath towels were clean. The hotel provided a fairly good choice of foods for its buffet breakfast.
Upon entry to my room I noticed that some of the hotel furniture in the room was damaged, possibly by a previous occupant. The walls of my room had many scratch marks. The air conditioning unit was very noisy which made going to sleep difficult. The walls were quite thin between the rooms which meant that I could hear the activities taking place in the room located next to mine.I found the price for the food (including taxes) a bit costly for what was actually offered to me as a hotel guest.
The Room was very clean.
Incompetent staff who couldn't even deliver a message to me that my driver(airport transfer for Emirates airlines) had arrived and had been waiting for over 40 minutes. He even asked them to give us the message.Afterwhich they asked him not to wait in the lobby for some reason and had no way of reaching him. Secondly, the front desk needs to know what is happening. They are absolutely clueless and to top it all they are downright rude. Also please don't expect the BELL BOY to help you with your luggage as it is below his standards to do such a job and was busy having his breakfast during his SHIFT and hence couldn't move our luggage from his belldesk to the car which was about 15 ft. To think they expect a tip for this. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE(IF ANY) THAT I'VE HAD FROM ANY HOTEL...do they have a star rating??? it needs to be relooked at.
