Positive Although HOTEL.de or the Hotel neglected to process the booking the Hotel, upon Arrival, was very accomodating and gave me the room for the same room rate. For a "walk in" guest the rate would have been 70% more ! Negative The booking was not passed on to the Hotel from Hotel.de or the Hotel neglected to actually process the booking, so when I arrived at the Hotel there was no booking. Luckliy however a room!
