The room service menu was small with v little healthy options, limited sandwich choice. jacket potato could have been included. poor WiFi conection in certain areas.
Great location and welcoming atmosphere
Although HOTEL.de or the Hotel neglected to process the booking the Hotel, upon Arrival, was very accomodating and gave me the room for the same room rate. For a ´´walk in´´ guest the rate would have been 70% more !
The booking was not passed on to the Hotel from Hotel.de or the Hotel neglected to actually process the booking, so when I arrived at the Hotel there was no booking. Luckliy however a room!
Goo location to stay when coming from the Ferry in the evening before continuing travel through the UK
I almost always stay here when I have to travel to Britain by car. It is very convenient for the ferry in both directions.

Room adequate, staff on reception good. Came down to breakfast but young man asked if we'd booked!!! Negative answer he went away - eventually came back with the fact that although lots of free tables, we would have to share. Did not bother with breakfast. Checked out and man on reception desk horrified to hear this story. Anyway Fenwick's breakfast half the price and excellent!!!
Great location 10 mins from the ferry and just off the main road. Very quiet. Surprisingly great food.
Very poor staff badly managed but enthusiastic. As long as you stick with it you will get a result but it is better to be on holiday as you are less stressed!
Excellent food both breakfast and Dinner. Probably one of the best 'chain' hotel food experienced for some time. A credit to Ramada.
The staff here were probably one of the worst experienced for some time with little competence. Delivering starters with main course comes to mind but generally very poor general management of mainly non UK staff.
