Positive Really friendly and helpful desk staff, relaxed and warm. Room was great, bed comfortable, and bathroom clean and spacious. Best iron I've have used in a hotel - actually ironed and left no marks! Negative Breakfast was not great, quite confusing and the quality was not as good as I would expect (didn't match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Air conditioning a bit noisy in my room, but didn't disturb my sleep.
