Positive Other than negative comments, staff polite and helpful. Supplied 2 baby cots at no charge. Kindly approved late checkout at 1400hrs with no further charge. Suite very clean, newly decorated and excellent for grandparents with 21 month twins. Negative Room offered was not as described: 1 Queen Bed /Promotional Room/Efficiency /1 Bedroom Suite/Living Room/Kitchen. The suite offered had no seperate living room. Check in staff lectured me upon what I could reasonably expect for €85. I pointed out that
