Positive Hotel staff at reception was very friendly and supportive. Negative Some persons at breakfast service did not even greet or ask friendly for moving when 'material' was filled up. Hotel rooms are aged and bath looks a bit simple with water pipes over the tiles.

Positive Breakfast is awesome. Negative Location is good but not great as slidely outside the center. Room is clean but quite small. Was expansive, however, we came during the final of Gothia Cup + Robbie Williams concert + booked a few days before so it may also have to do with it.

Positive The services were good and the facilities were also good. Negative The only negative thing I found was that the room did not had heaters and it was really cold out.(Ofcourse, I asked for extra blanket which was readily provided)
