Superb stay by ALL means.. location, cleanliness, food, price and most of ALL STAFF very very friendly. My first option whenever in Cologne
Very close to Koln Messe, 5 minutes walking.

Although breakfast/staff/room were all fine we had 2 electricity cuts - the first was in the evening which meant we were unable to shower/clean out teeth etc as there was no window in the bathroom and we couldn't see what we were doing, and there was no member of staff around to resolve the issue. The second time was the following morning by which time we were thoroughly fed up with not being able to use the facilities properly. Although essentially clean and hospitable the price charged is on the whole not good value for money at this establishment.
