Evaluations of Pullman London St Pancras
it was a bit of a building site.
Like all London hotels, far too expensive compared with most of Europe
Reception staff is friendly and efficient. I like the location which is located between Euston and St.Pancras Station.
Concierge and operator staff is not professional at all. We asked concierge to book the restaurant and he said he will and leave message if the booking is confirmed, as we were going out. But there was no message and the booking was not done either. As there was not a message, I called operator to check booking confirmation. He said he will check and call back as soon as possible but no call! I definitely would like to complain their servises and want them improve.

One of the worst hotels stays I ahve ever experienced. the first room I was given was a smoking room on the first floor beside one of the busiest roads in London. The second room was only slightly better. Two seperate beds, no kingsize bed as promised. I will never ever stay at this hotel again, and I will not use hotels.de for booking a London hotel.
Staff relatibely unfriendly and only as helful as the specific question asked. Expensive for its type and location there are several other hotels in the same area with service as good or better and better value. We will not be staying there again.
Nice new hotel conveniently located for travellers coming in by Eurostar
Like almost everywhere the rooms are very warm, the ventilators/climatisation a kind of noisy and not very efficient.
