Positive Receptionist very friendly and try to solve a problem follow customer request. Negative I stay total 5 nights with no change pillow cover and bed sheet cover. Moreover, house maid did not clean up or change a glass that I use for soy milk, but she kept it in clean and ready to use area. I found fungus at a bottom of glass few day later.
