Big room, cleanliness, comfort of the bed
very clean, friendly staff, good location and easy to access to airport terminal
the staff in the executive lounge looks not so happy...
Location. Very convenient for travellers with early morning flight
Room was very convinient for the airport (only 5 mins walk) but was also quieter than expected. Good for a stop over before an early morning flight.
Check in took some time (seemed like it took two staff members for each guest). Bed was quite hard.
Got an upgrade! Everything was just perfect!
i was double charged for only staying in one room. I had earlier booked online and told that if i arrived after midnight, the room will not be garanteed due to non payment by credit card when booking. when i arrived at airport and checked my booking, i was told that my booking had been cancelled and therefore i paid again to stay for one night but subsequently found out that i was double charged. Hotel Manager, Ms Eunice Li promised to assist me as i had to catch my plane but up to date, nothing is done.
The hotel is very modern and new.

my booking was not received by the hotel... booking was from the USA thru ORBIZ. It took 45 minutes to check in at 1 am in the morning // The the wake up call failed... if my flight internationally had not been delayed I would have missed the flight.. !!! that was terrible. I asked for compensation and received NONE. MVS
