Platinum Residence is a modern complex offering completely furnished apartments, with reception desk and concierge services, as well as restaurants and café bars in the shopping gallery – all supported by a five-star hotel services.
Platinum Residence apartments situated in the Platinum Towers are forming a complex with the building of the Hilton Warsaw Hotel and Convention Centre. Among almost 400 apartments constructed in both towers, only 217 apartments were selected for the Platinum Residence project which have been furnished and equipped to satisfy sophisticated taste and needs of their residents.
Modern design, functional solutions, versatile colours and care for every single detail make the Platinum Residence an ideal alternative for standard, impersonal hotel rooms.
A wide range of equipment ensures that the residents may use the apartment as if it was their own home. Most of the apartments (expect for Hotel Room) are equipped with a safe-deposit box, a telephone, cable TV, Wi-Fi (for a fee) and household devices such as a TV set, a DVD player, a microwave, a kettle and an iron (on the request).
Depending on the size, apartments have got either an kitchenette or a full-size kitchen with a wide range of accesories like china, glasses, pots, cutlery. The largest apartments are equipped with washing machines. Hotel Room is the only type of teh aprartment which does not have any kitchen. It is ony bedroom and bathroom.

Platinum Residence is a non-smoking property and violation of this ban will result in charging the guest with the amount of 500 PLN net as an additional cleaning fee and restoring the apartment to its original state.

Apartments are equipped with double beds. Wi-Fi is extra paid. Economy ROOM does not have a kitchen. Cleaning is extra paid, on the request. Credit card deposit od 100 PLN pre-autorization is required at the check-in. The credit used for booking must contain the guest name to be presented at reception upon the client's arrival. Extra bed: 70 PLN/night. Holmes Place Fitness Club access: 65 PLN/person/entrance In the case of a non-refundable reservation the guest will be provided with the personalized link to make the secured payment for the reservation with a credit card.
