Positive Hotel is well located, close to southern cross railway station and a short, free tram ride fro Flinders street station and the central Melbourne area. Bed was comfortable and I couldn't hear any noise from the nearby tram and train lines. Negative Unfortunately although I didn't hear the tram or trains, noise travelled through from the hotel corridors which was disruptive.

Positive The location is in an excellent position located centrally between Flinders st and Southern Cross station , Close to Etihad Sports facility, Negative Finding two long Black hairs on the wall of the shower, obviously left there from a previous guest or a cleaner, then I stayed an extra night and didn't receive any compensation for that, I don't think it would have hurt to have even reduce the room cost
