Evaluations of Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel
Hotel had friendly staff. Shuttle works very good.
Gym needs a rowingmachine. Location is near the airport, but not easily reachable by pedestrians
IN ROOM WIFI NOT FOR FREE BUT FOR A FEE!!!
Cheerful rooms and large, clean and excellent breakfast. the staff are friendly and there is a shuttle bus to the airport.
lovely breakfast, very friendly staff
No free WiFi :(
The room should be modernized especially the bathroom is very old fashioned and need urgent an upgrade
The staff was top quality in professionalism and friendliness, the best hotel I have used on Allee des Vergers!
I find my room ready early morning, staff very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean.breakfast is rich. Shuttle bus is convenient. I was also offered free drink at the bar. Marriott is my favourite
Wanted a sandwich from the small shop, bit only r left and no choice. Asked staff if it would be refilled (was only 18.00 hrs) and did not know, and was indifferent. (next day still not refilled) as such had a Clubsandwich in lobby restaurant, but was tasteless and def not one of the best eten for a while. Bathroom nn work, low water preasure, erratic (hot/cold) water, you are constantly adjusting shower, and shower hose broken so water leaking every where. For me bathroom nn work. This hotel is slowly degrading in quality and for me not my first choice in CDG. Will take the Novotel over this one any day.
the introduced bus from Marriott does not stop anynmore in the mornings as Roissy pole but goes straight to Terminal 2. I am very disappointed in this decision. From Jan till jul, I stay 2-3 times a month at your hotel the bus made the first stop to CDG in Roissy pole. The drive takes me now 25 minutes more, bus> train. Last week i took the bus of a neighbouring hotel which still stops first at roissy pole. Stay in the Marriot but take the bus from an other hotel. You better have the Black bus back again. At the moment this is a poor service. Many of my colleagues will not stayt at the Marriot again due to this inconvenience.
staff was excellent
