Evaluations of Pantages Hotel Toronto
Great value for money. Great location. Nice ambience.
Given it was great value for money, it is not that surprising that the room needs some attention to the decoration. This was not a problem.
Proximity to TO business district.
Parking is very expensive
Had a problem with the plumbing in the shower and they immediately gave us a suite for the remainder of our stay. Very pleased with the prompt response
Parking is very expensive.
first room was noisy and other room was provided
Bar and Lobby is in one room, so it is difficult to understand the people at front desk // very high services charges for in-room dining
Location is very good - near major shopping malls and subway stations. very convenient.
Staff, especially front desk/reception staff, were unfriendly, cold and not helpful when checking me in, almost to the point of being rude. One of the lifts that I rode in was not working well, almost causing me to fall over as the lift was not on equal level with the floor. Also, called the guest service hotline for amenities (extra towels, etc) and it took a reminder call one a half hours later from me before they were delivered. Room, especially the bathroom is too dim. Definitely not what I would consider a 5-star hotel at all.
