Positive Stayed here once before, and was so satisfied that I booked again for the next week as I had to return to Osaka. Then I had reason to extend that second stay, and unhesitatingly remained in the Joytel. In fact, will stay again next year Negative No major restaurants in the area, but more than enough choice for a 3 - 4 day stay

Positive This hotel is by far the best value in Osaka. My wife and I would stay here again and will recommend it to our friends. Personnel at the front desk were very polite and helpful. Our room (1501) was very clean, quiet, and nicely furnished. It has a refr Negative 1. Taxis are very expensive in Osaka, so we traveled from Kansai Airport by rail and subway. This was difficult because we were first time visitors to Osaka, have no Japanese language ability, and English is not widely understood in Osaka after one leaves
