Evaluations of Novotel Suites Paris Roissy-CDG
The employees ( from the cleaners to the reception staff) are very nice, pleasant and helpful. They are always happy to answer any questions and nothing is never too much. I have been coming over the years in this hotel for this reason. The employees are a great asset to the Company and the Brand.
the breakfast is a bit small and limited. I would like more savoury warm options.
very comfortable rooms // very relaxing atmosphere // excellent choice of movies in different languages // good internet connection // convenient shuttle service to CDG
expensive, for Paris still acceptable
It was very nice design and comfortable.
It was shame that no 24hrs airport shuttle because I arrived at CDG at 03:00am.
Great place to say with good room sizes
Breakfast too expensive for what it is
Description of localisation confused versus other Novotels in CDG.
Extreme quiet room so close to airport. Was tired, took taxi ( Euro 15+) to hotel and taxi called by hotel ( Euro 10) to airport, to avoid shuttle bus hassle and confusion with other Novotel properties near airport.
Some plumbing issues, could work around them, notified the hotel in the morning.
We were told that the airport shuttle came every 15 to 20 minutes. We waited 35 minutes and then were let off at the wrong terminal (France Air domestic instead of France Air international) requiring a 15 - 20 walk with lugguage to the correct terminal. Because of these 2 delays we lost our assigned seats and the 3 of us were separated and all had to sit in center seats for an 11 1/2 hour flight.
Nice equipped large rooms, with separate shower and bathtub. 4-double glazed so NO airport noises. Internet acces and wide choice of multi-media free of charge. Enough power-plugs for recharging laptop and telephone. :) Airport shuttle free, starting from 05.00hrs.
No restaurant, only pre-cooked meals to be heated in the micro-wave :( . No minibar. Since this is a typical place to stay in before flying out early in the morning, why not serving breakfast as from 05.00 hrs as well?
While most of the staff was pleasant, I had to deal with an extremely rude desk person when I was leaving. She was snotty, rude, talked over me and her communicate made it appear as if I was bothering her. This was confusing since she was working the front desk and I was asking about the shuttle bus to the airport. She didn't catch my message when I apologized for bothering her. She responded ´´no problem´´. Hence, I guess I really was bothering her by asking about the shuttle bus.
