Access to the hotel from Airport Terminal only possible by shuttle (every 20 min only)
A very comfortable hotel at the airport, gives a good opportunity to rest.
Although it's next door from the airport and Aeroexpress train station, getting between them and the hotel can be an issue because of the almost total absence of sidewalks for pedestrians, ongoing construction works in the area, and closed airport entrances due to security reasons. The only solution is the shuttle, which runs every 30 min in the night time and goes in circles.
I have been many times to this hotel and I am really happy that the renovation has been realised in the entire hotel. There are no disgusting rooms anymore. Everything is ok. The WiFi is also getting better than years ago (or I had luck in the last 2 years), stable and fast enough to work via VPN.
It is a small thing, but in any room I have been, the water is coming out next to the glass where it should be sealed especially against water while having a shower.
The staff from reception reacted very quickly to my claim about a noisy fridge in the room. Very good.
The temperature in the room is too high, so it takes a long time to cool down.
Excellent location for airport travel if bad weather prohibits road travel.
Lan cable connection did not work , neither the Wifi in the Room. The down stairs reception area and seating areas were noisy. I had to complete company project work via log in via the internet and had no access to Wi-Fi in my Room 5129. There was no business desk available and the room furniture was very uncomfortable, the desk in the room was not a suitable Desk for working from, it was too small and had no proper real chair with back support. I was forced to work in the reception area which was very disapoppinting since i explained my motivation in staying at novotel to the front desk. I was very disappointed . Receptions staff on 2 occasions were really not interested in my needs or really willing to help me further.
