Positive Very good staff, great to have gratis snacks (fuits and juice)in the lobby and at night (juice and sweet pastry) at the reception Negative room furniture and equipment are basic to a level that i would not expect from a Novotel Hotel; the hotel is not quite walking distance from the town centre. The immediately surrounding area is not attractive in regard to going out, shops etc
